• A seamless connection to memory: Before the end of the 10 year safeguarding period, we'll reach out with reminders. You can choose to extend the service, or download everything as a complete archive to keep, in your own space.

• A promise you can trust: If circumstances change in the future, we will notify you at least one year in advance, and support you in exporting all recordings. So that what was meant to be kept will always find its way back to you, and to the people you love.

A key, made for you

We've designed a digital key that feels simple, yet remains carefully secure. So this space belongs only to you and your family.

Open the first page, find your key: On the opening page of the book, you'll find a hand-stamped Book ID. This is your way in.

Scan, and step inside: Scan the QR Code, enter your Book ID, and enter your private space of memories.

Access, with care: For everyday listening, simply scan and play. For recording or making changes, you'll be asked to enter your PIN, found on the card inside your book.

A private space, for your family: All recordings are stored in encrypted cloud storage, a closed, private space that belongs only to you and your family. A time capsule, where only those with the book and the key can listen.

In your hands: We don't hold your memories hostage. During the service period, you have full access to your recordings. You can download them at any time, and keep your own copies. Digital storage offers convenience. Keeping a copy of your own offers peace of mind.

When it's ready to be kept: Once a story feels complete, you can choose to archive it. This locks all editing access, preserving the recording as it is, unaltered.
